Please be informed that on 05 October 2025 (Sunday), between 05:00 and 11:00, a system upgrade will be carried out.

The upgrade is being implemented to introduce new functionalities and enhancements to our digital services. During this time, Internet and mobile banking services, 3DS online payment authorization, as well as login to the e-Građani portal will be unavailable.

After the upgrade is completed, in order to continue using mobile banking services, it will be mandatory to update the KentPro mobile application to the latest version via the app store:

• Android: version 1.1.8 (65)
• iOS: version 1.0.6 (73)

New features and functionalities

• Instant Payments (SCT Inst) – payment execution within seconds:
• Digital channels (Internet and mobile banking): available 24/7/365
• Bank branches: available during regular branch working hours
• Verification of Payee (VoP) – verification of the entered beneficiary name and surname or company name against the account holder information at the beneficiary’s bank, aiming to increase data accuracy and payment security.
