It is our great pleasure to inform you that on September 5, 2022, we are reopening our KentBank d.d. branch office at Horvaćanska 53a, Zagreb.

KentBank's new branding won the prestigious Red Dot Award

The new branding, signed by the agency Bruketa&Žinić&Grey, inspired by the century-old symbol of connection - the hexagon, successfully communicates the business mission of KentBank - connecting people and ideas.

We are proud to present you our new mobile banking. You can find your new mobile banking on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 

On January 1, 2023, the euro will become the official currency in Croatia, which will replace the Croatian kuna from that day.

The fixed kuna conversion rate, determined by the Council of the European Union, is 1 euro = 7.53450 kuna

We inform you that KentBank branch in Horvaćanska 53a in Zagreb will be temporarily closed from July 18th 2022 due to remodeling. Expected opening time of the Branch is at the beginning of September 2022.

New working hours for Pula Branch office from July 4 2022 are:

  • Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 8:00 - 16:00
  • Wednesday: 8:00 - 17:00

Opening of a new Branch office in the Gundulićeva street 22, Split for retail business. The Branch in the street Domovinskog rata 27c, Split remains open for business with legal entities, and the Branch in the Poljička cesta street is temporarily closed due to the renovation. 

The decision on the adoption of Euro in Croatia together with the announcement of the fixed exchange rate for the conversion from Kuna to Euro, by the Council of European Union is expected In July 2022. Replacing the Croatian kuna with the euro is a very complex process and requires a major adjustment in the financial system.

 

The timeless design of KentBank's new visual identity follows the business strategy and speaks of a focus on long-term relationships and personal approach to the client. The concept of design of branch office in the center of Zagreb is aesthetically based on the tradition of Zagreb's lower-city interiors, city cafes and business clubs.

KentBank enters 2022 with a new identity and a strategic turn in business with the aim of further growth and strengthening the market position in the Croatian market. KentBank's new identity reflects a new business strategy and positioning that will primarily be reflected in the individual approach and the provision of personalized service to the client.

Branch Zagreb Rački, at the address Franje Račkoga 10, permanently ceases to operate at this address in June 2021.
 

KentBanka is in the process of completely changing the design of its brand, which we developed in cooperation with the famous agency Bruketa& Žinić&Grey.

From 1.1.2021. it is no longer possible to purchase GSM mobile phone vouchers at KentBank ATMs.

 You can still buy vouchers through the m-Kent mobile banking and e-Kent internet banking applications.

We are extremely proud of our colleague Gorana Smoljenović who, as a member of DVD Prečko and an instructor for training rescue dogs, participated in the actions of finding and helping the victims after the devastating earthquake in the Sisak-Moslavina County.

In order to provide you with the highest level of security, starting with 31.8.2020 the use of m-token application or token device will be avaliable within m-Kent and e-Kent applications.

Contactless payments are now possible with a new limit which was raised from 100 HRK/13,27 EUR to 250 HRK/33,18 EUR without the need for a pin or signature * authorization, which applies to all our cards.
